XIAO LONG BAO...

This was an interesting experience. Xiao Long Bao. Or soup dumpling if it's easier. Jill and I had dinner on Friday night and ordered one of these each. Not a very pleasant experience for me. I was too excited and didn't think that it would be boiling hot inside...I burnt my tongue! Ouch!
