Betsy and I recently ate at 999.99 (Five Nines) on Kiong Saik Road and I would highly recommend! Five courses for $59 ... very well priced and very delicious. The kitchen is headed up by Japanese chef Masanao Saito, and the atmosphere is casual, with a fine-dining menu.
I'm really enjoying this area of town recently, with visits to a lot of the other restaurants along this stretch such as Neon Pigeon and Cure!
