Restaurant week always comes around
so quickly. This time I didn’t get my first choice of restaurant unfortunately. However, I did get a table at Adrift, by Chef David Myers at Marina Bay Sands
Hotel.

Big Eye Tuna Tartare with ginger flower, shiso and tofu puree

Miso Glazed Pork Chop with roasted brussel sprouts and spiced apples
DESSERTS
Spiced Chocolate Fritter with persimmon and ginger ice cream
and
Peppercorn Mille Feuille with sherry and almond ice cream
