Stephanie and I really enjoying new places, and we recently went for dinner at Artemis. Artemis is on the 40th floor of the new CapitaGreen building in the heart of the CBD. The view is incredible! And the food is just as good! Chef Fernando Arevalo, who trained under Mario Batali and at a Michelin-starred restaurant in New York really shows off what he is capable of here!
The restaurant itself is elegantly design and the bar is home to a 100 year-old olive tree that serves as a centrepiece! I'll definitely be back.
Our dishes included:
MEY SELECTION GRESS-FED BLACK ANGUS TENDERLOIN
Dry-Aged, Potato Purée, Caramelised Pearl Onions, Red Wine Jus
CHARGRILLED SPANSIH OCTOPUS
Confit Cheery Tomato, Preserved Lemon, Pickled Padron Peppers
FOUR MUSHROOM PIE
Cremini, King Oyster, Button & Shiitake Mushroom, Taleggio & Brie
ARTEMIS CRUSHED POTATO WEDGES
with N'duja Crème Fraiche
